FirstSnap.net is operated by NRFI NET LLC, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company doing business as FirstSnap™. The service is a paid first-quarter analytics platform for NFL games, providing probability estimates and statistical analysis derived from publicly available NFL data, historical performance metrics, and proprietary modeling techniques.

By accessing or using FirstSnap.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Statistical Analysis Tool — Not Gambling Advice

FirstSnap.net is a statistical analysis platform that outputs mathematically derived probability estimates based on historical performance data and publicly available information. All model outputs are for informational and research purposes only.

This platform does not provide gambling advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind. Outputs displayed as "Picks" on the site are model-generated probability rankings used as a convenience label. They are not guaranteed outcomes, tips, or assurances of winning. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made using this data. Always conduct your own research. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use FirstSnap.net. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• Your use of this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing this service is legal in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

4. Accounts & Security

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer your account or access credentials to any third party. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be shared or transferred.

5. Passes & Billing

Access to FirstSnap.net requires a paid pass. By purchasing a pass, you agree to the following:

• Passes are one-time purchases, paid in advance. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal.
• A Month Pass grants access for 30 days from purchase. A Season Pass grants access through a fixed end date, published at the time of purchase, which does not change based on when the pass is bought.
• Access ends automatically when the pass expires. Nothing needs to be cancelled, and no further charge is made.
• Buying a pass while an existing pass is still active adds the new time to the existing expiry rather than replacing it.
• No refunds are issued for unused time on a pass.
• We reserve the right to change pass pricing at any time. A change in price never affects a pass already purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FirstSnap.net. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Scraping, harvesting, or automatically extracting data from the service without prior written permission.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any model outputs, data, or content from FirstSnap.net.
• Accessing the service through automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) without permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the underlying model or algorithms.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. FirstSnap.net does not sell your personal data to third parties.

We collect usage data (including page views, features used, and session information) solely for the purpose of improving the service. Account information (username, email if provided) is stored securely and used only for account management and service communications.

By using FirstSnap.net, you consent to the collection and use of information as described here. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

FirstSnap.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any decisions made using model outputs, probability estimates, or any other data provided by the service.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data or model outputs.
• We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other harm arising from your use of this service.
• Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

10. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The FirstSnap™ name and logo, the models and probability estimates they produce, and the design, copy, and code of this site are the property of NRFI NET LLC. Underlying game results and statistics are factual data and are not claimed as ours; our models, ratings, and presentation of that data are.

NFL, National Football League, and the names of NFL member clubs are trademarks of the National Football League and its member clubs. FirstSnap™ uses those names only to identify the games and teams it analyzes. FirstSnap™ is an independent analytics product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the National Football League, any NFL member club, or any sportsbook. We do not use NFL or club logos, helmets, or uniform designs anywhere on this service.

Odds and lines shown for comparison are attributed to the sportsbooks that publish them and remain those operators’ property. We are not an agent of any operator and do not guarantee that a quoted price is still available.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
